First time opening O.R.A on a Mac

The Mac says it could not verify the app. That is expected: O.R.A is not in Apple’s store.

1. Press Done.
2. Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll down and press Open Anyway, then Open.

This happens once. On older Macs, right-click the app and choose Open instead.

First time opening O.R.A on Windows

Windows may say it protected your PC. That is expected: O.R.A is not in the Microsoft store.

1. Press More info.
2. Press Run anyway.

This happens once. No admin password is needed.

O.R.A already open? Copy the line below, then choose Room → Connect to a Room from a Copied Invite Link…

This invite works once and expires. If it has expired, ask the O.R.A developer for a fresh link.

Where things live: files O.R.A makes go straight to your computer. Your conversations stay in your room, on the O.R.A developer’s computer, so O.R.A can keep working while your laptop is shut.
